Adding custom objects to the main menu

To manage custom objects, add a Custom Objects menu and submenus to your Oomnitza instance.

Procedure

1. Click Configuration > Security > Roles.
2. Click your user role.
3. On the Navigation tabbed page, complete the following steps:
   1. To add the main menu item, click Add primary navigation menu item .
   2. Enter the unique name of the menu item such as Custom Objects.
   3. To add submenu items, click Add secondary navigation menu item.
   4. Enter the name of the custom object.
   5. From the Object list, select the custom object.
4. Repeat steps 6-8 until you have added all your custom objects.
5. Click Save.

Result

Refresh your Oomnitza instance, and the custom object is added to the navigation menu.
