You get an error message that the record limit was exceeded. You can get this message when you export large volumes of records or in a subscription report that you receive by email.
Because exporting large volumes of information can have a negative impact on system performance, administrators limit the number of records that are exported. If your administrator has not set a limit, the max number of records that can be exported is 25,000.
Ensure that you don't exceed the record limit which is displayed in the error message.
Alternatively, you can contact your administrator and request that the limit is changed.
