Monitor the notifications sent by workflows such as requests to participate in surveys and the status of requested store offerings.
Note
By default, notifications are enabled for users with the super administrator role and disabled for all other roles. See Granting role permissions.
Notifications are sent to users and displayed on the Notifications page when the following conditions are met:
- Workflows are run that use decision or notification blocks
- Notification is selected as the option to notify recipients in the decision and notification blocks
When users create workflows they can select the include link so that recipients of notifications can open the associated record such as the accessory, endpoint, or user record.
If the recipient receives a survey, they can open the survey on the Notifications page and complete the survey.
Tip
When you click Notifications , the Notifications page displays in pop-up mode with the same features that are available in full-screen mode. To view Notifications on a separate page, click Full screen.
