Assigning accessories to users

Assign one or more accessories from a stockroom to a user.

1. Click Locations > Stockrooms.
2. Click the stockroom.
3. In the side pane, click Accessories.
4. Select an accessory from the list. 
5. Click Assign .
6. Select a user from the list. For consumable accessories, user selection is not mandatory by default. To make user assignment mandatory for consumable accessories, switch the Consumable toggle to the 'Off' position.
7. If the Show New And Used Accessory Counts option is enabled in the Stockroom, choose between assigning new or used accessories.
8. If the accessory has the Loan checkbox enabled, specify the return date.
9. Specify the quantity of accessories that you want to assign.
10. Click Assign.
