In a stockroom, you can return a user's accessory.
- Click Locations > Stockrooms.
- Click a Stockroom.
- In the sidebar, click Click Accessories.
- Click Return .
- Select a user. The accessories that were assigned to the user and that can be returned are displayed.
- On the accessory tile, click Return. If the user has, for example two keyboards, both keyboards are returned.
If you want to return another accessory, you must select the user's name from the list and repeat the process.
Result
Returned accessories appear in the revised transaction count in the originating stockroom. You can also view returned accessories by opening the record on the People page. Select the accessory on the Accessories page to view the return history.
