Enabling the Assistant

By default, the Assistant is disabled in your Oomnitza instance.

To enable the assistant, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Configuration > General > Global settings
2. Search for the global setting system.enable_assistant 
3. Set the value to yes
4. Click Save.

Note
You can also enter 1 instead of yes to enable the assistant.

Tip
For workflows, you might might need to refresh the page after you activate the Assistant.
