Tutorial: Tracking asset activities

Track changes made to asset records.

To reduce the number of activities that are retrieved, remove the types and targets that aren't needed to track asset record changes.

1. Select a date range
2. Click Activities. Ensure that the users' filter is blank.
3. From the Types list, ensure the following options are selected:
   1. Archive
   2. Create
   3. Delete
   4. Edit
   5. Export
   6. Restore
4. Ensure that Assets is selected as a target.  

You can click the username to open the user's record.  If the target is an object, such as assets or users, you can open the record that was changed. If the target is a field, you can open the field that was changed.
