You want to create a list of the records that were archived or deleted.
Creating the search
- Specify a date range.
- Leave the users and sources filters blank so you capture all activities regardless who completed the action or the source that was used to complete the action.
- As activity types, select archive and delete.
- Leave the targets section blank.
- Click APPLY.
Creating the report
- Click Export to XLSX
.
- Click Download XLSX
.
Result
A list of the archive and delete activity entries are downloaded to a spreadsheet.
