You can create reports and attach them to an email to share information with your colleagues.
To get the best value out of creating reports, navigate to the list view of software assets and software versions in the data model.
Tip
The searches that you create to generate reports in the list views of the data model can also be used to generate charts on dashboards.

Note
The default and max export limit for records is 25,000 records. If over 25,000 records are listed, use a search to reduce the number of records so that you can export the records. See system_export_record_limit in Global system settings.
