To resolve issues when you run connector integrations, you can review the error logs that are generated.
- From the menu, Click Configuration > Integrations, and then click Integrations List View .
- Click the integration tile.
- Click the Errors number in the upper right of the screen, or click Sync sessions, and then click the record that was run.
The Information tab displays the error details. A failed integration displays the response error in the Response Code field. The example below shows a 403 insufficient privileges error. Consult the table in Integration error codes for further information.
The Error Logs tab provides additional information relating to the API error. The example below shows a successful integration which failed for one object or user. In this instance, the Error Log displays additional information relating to the failed object.
