To resolve issues when you run connector integrations, you can review the error logs that are generated.
- From the menu, Click Configuration > Integrations, and then click Block view
.
- Click the integration tile.
- Click the Errors number in the upper right of the screen, or click Sync sessions, and then click the record that was run.
The Information tab displays the error details. A failed integration displays the response error in the Response Code field such as a 403 insufficient privileges error.
The Error Logs tab provides additional information relating to the API error. For example, a successful integration failed for an object. In this case, the Error Log provides additional information about the failed object.
