When administrators investigate and resolve the issues relating to sync sessions, they can add notes and mark the sync sessions as reviewed.
- From the menu, click Configuration > Integrations, and then click Block view
.
- Click the integration tile.
- Click Sync Sessions.
- In the Filters pane, click ADD and then click Status.
- From the Status list, select Completed with errors.
- Click the sync session record.
- Click MARK AS REVIEWED. Enter your findings in the Notes field.
- Optional. Click Auto-review. Any subsequent runs with the same errors are automatically marked as reviewed.
- Click CONFIRM.
Tip
Create a dashboard for all your assets and user integrations. That way you can see at a glance which integrations are completing successfully and which aren't.
