SaaS Management Integrations enhancements
The following performance enhancements have been made for SaaS Management Integrations:
- Reduced database calls, restarting at the point of failure, and refactoring code.
- Increased run priority to improve performance and reduce delays.
- SaaS user details are updated in bulk instead of on a user-by-user basis.
Other enhancements
- The Name field for custom objects is no longer mandatory. You can select the mandatory field for each custom object to associate a more meaningful attribute with each custom object such as the model name for an accessory custom object.
- The limit for the number of budgeted line items that can be added to contracts has doubled. Now, you can add 50 budgeted line items for each contract.
- Custom integrations were updated to include security improvements.
- The integration for Freshservice Service Desk now supports V2 API.
- Instead of sending multiple individual emails to recipients in the Notify block, you can now select Send a single email and include CC on the Recipients tab, and enter a list of the email addresses of the CC recipients of the email. If multiple users are added to the Recipients tab, their email addresses are added to the To field of the email. Similarly, if multiple users are added to the CC tab, their email addresses are added to the CC field of the same email.
Defects resolved
The following defects were resolved:
- Data conflict occurs when migrating text fields. The error is associated with a system change from TEXT to VARCHAR.
- The issue associated with Oomnitza instances when sending emails using Google SMTP Relay has been resolved. The error is associated with a configuration issue.
