Improvements
To make it easier to validate, understand data behavior, and troubleshoot integrations, configuration information is displayed in the Integration details section such as integration endpoints, and whether SaaS user role retrieval is enabled for user integrations. See Reviewing integration settings.
To make it easier to capture business-critical data for asset and software management, two new system fields have been added:
- Department. Captures the name, code, and responsible person.
- Cost Center. Captures the name, code, and department.
Improvement made to processing the assignment of contracts to prevent duplicate records being created in contract users table.
Integrations
Customers can create a SaaS Management integration for Microsoft Defender to gain greater coverage and visibility of the SaaS applications that are accessed by users. See Creating a SaaS Management Integration for Microsoft Defender.

Improvements were made to the following integrations:
Insight basic integration. To refine the data that is retrieved for orders, you can select either a date range or a lookback period filter . See Creating a basic integration for Insight assets.
Insight turnkey integration. To refine the data that is retrieved for orders, you can specify a lookback period. The default is 20 days. See Creating an extended integration for Insight orders.
Fixes
Custom Okta URLs - such as URLs that don’t contain ‘Okta’ in the URL - can be used to sync Okta SaaS Management Integrations with Oomnitza.
Categories for web browsing activities are captured for applications discovered by Savvy Shadow IT.
Software asset and Software version permissions sections are only displayed on the PERMISSIONS tab for roles when the software module is enabled.
Field-level rules are enforced when records are imported and the Ignore Field Settings and Rules toggle is enabled.
When
username is selected as a field in a Decision block in a Users workflow to specify the recipient of a survey, the recipient of the survey will be notified and will be able to click the link to open and complete the survey.
SaaS Management Integrations for Azure AD run efficiently and process records successfully in a timely manner.
Low-priority workflows — in standalone migrations — are migrated successfully.
