Improvements were made and issues with completing actions were fixed so that actions can now be completed successfully.
Improvements
In the September 2025 release, administrators were able to grant users permission to trigger workflows without elevating their access permissions. This has been further extended to include user roles with no access to workflows. Now, workflows can be triggered when users with no access to workflows complete an action which meets the conditions for running workflows.
A separate queue for processing imports has improved the performance of imports and has led to an improvement in the performance of workflows.
New Oomnitza event, Create or Update User, added. A webhook can now be created to create or update records in Oomnitza when a user record is created or updated in BambooHR.
Performance improvement when searching for asset serial numbers on the Stockrooms page. When you create a new action to receive an asset and enter the serial number the page is immediately refreshed.
