Review the settings to help you configure the screens for the mobile app.
Best practice is for administrators to create dedicated roles for app users. To use the app, users must have at least read permissions for assets. To use all of the app’s features, such as editing and bulk editing, add and edit permissions for assets are required. Mobile app users don't need workflow permissions to complete actions. See Granting role permissions.
To access the mobile screen builder, click Configuration > General > Mobile Screen Builder. From the Select the role that you want to configure list, select a role. Instead of configuring the Asset details page for each role, you can copy the settings selected of another role.
