Use the table below to diagnose integration errors. You can view these errors in the integration error log. For further information, refer to Accessing error logs.
|400||Bad request or issue with the message body. As a first step, try reconfiguring and/or creating a new credential in Configuration>Security>Credentials. If you continue to receive this error, contact support.|
Unauthorized - Your credentials are either invalid or have expired. Follow the steps for your integration in Partner integration to re-add your credentials in Configuration>Security>Credentials.
|403||Insufficient privileges - You do not have sufficient privilege to access the partner’s API. Ensure that you have the correct access rights or administrator privileges to use the API. Consult the partner's API documentation in Partner integrations.|
|404, 405||Not Found, Method Not Allowed- indicates that the API URL used in the integration is invalid or is not supported. Since it is not possible for the end-user to modify or update the API URL for an integration, you will need to contact support and include the details of your error message.|
|Too many requests - too many requests have been sent in a given amount of time. Check your integration schedule.|
|500, 503, 503||Internal Server Error, Bad Gateway, Service Unavailable. These error messages indicate a problem with the system. Please contact support and include the details of your error message.|
