When users are offboarded from an organization, the assets that are assigned to them are returned to the organization.
Typically, the offboarding process is automated to ensure that all assets are returned to an organization when users leave an organization.
Tip
Check out the offboarding packages available in the Oomnitza Store. To automate the offboarding of assets, you can create a workflow that automatically revokes the assignment of an asset to a user based on the conditions that are specified. See Offboard Assets block.
