Manage, maintain, and review key information for all your organization's endpoints, infrastructure, and networking on a single page.
Use the information to create workflows that automate business processes such as triggering updates to records and onboarding and offboarding employees.
Information about your endpoints, infrastructure, and networking assets is automatically ingested when Oomnitza's extended and basic integrations sync with vendor applications such as Jamf. If you can't sync with a vendor application, you can import records or add records manually.
Click Hardware. You can monitor and manage all your assets on the All Assets page or you can complete the same actions on the Endpoints, Infrastructure, and Networking pages.

You can create workflows to get actionable insights and automate tasks. For example, you can use workflows:
- To assign endpoints such as laptops and mobile phones when people join your organization
- To recover endpoints when people leave your organization
- To enforce security compliance by ensuring that users have the latest software versions and have enabled antivirus software
You can also create dashboards to monitor key information such as:
- The endpoints, networking, and infrastructure assets that aren't compliant with your security best practices
- The endpoints, networking, and infrastructure assets that are reaching their end of life
- The endpoints, networking, and infrastructure assets that are reaching their warranty end date
Tip
You can use the Oomnitza preconfigured workflows to offboard employees. By automating the offboarding process, you ensure the secure separation of the employee from the company and ensure that your organization is protected from potential security breaches. See Offboarding process overview.
You can use reports to share key information with your colleagues and management.
