Review the information that is collected about endpoints, infrastructure, and networking. You can complete actions such as running workflows to update information and you can optimize the view to view the information that is key to your role.
Click Hardware and then click the object on the All Assets page. You can also complete the same actions on the Endpoints, Infrastructure, and Networking pages.

To find out more about an asset and complete actions such as running workflows and creating tickets, select a record from the list and click one of the following pages:

You can complete the same actions on the Endpoints, Infrastructure, and Networking pages.
Actions available on all pages
Click the Actions menu

The actions that are available on the pages are in the upper-right corner of the page under the Get help icon.
Information page

Refresh the information that is shown on the page. |

Shows a summary of the information that is collected for the record. |
Learn more about the workflows that you can create for the vendor applications that are synced with Oomnitza. Click Oomnitza help center, enter the name of the vendor application, such as Jamf, and select the workflow article.
Software page
Software records are ingested when Oomnitza is integrated with a vendor asset application that also imports software information.
Click Export to export the software that is associated with the asset.
Tickets page
Click Add ticket . This option is only available If a ticketing service, such as Jira or Zendesk, has been integrated with Oomnitza.
Child Assets page

Map page
View the location of the asset. To view the map page, the location of the asset must be specified in the asset record. By default, the location is shown in Satellite view. You can select labels to view more information, such as the street name.
Media

Click Add |
Add media such as an image of the endpoint, networking, or infrastructure asset. |
Click Clear |
Clear the display photo that you set to display on the Information page. |
Click List view |
Switch to list view. |
Click Block view |
Switch to block view. In block view, each media file is shown as a tile. You can click the actions menu on the tile to set the image as the display photo, download the media file, or delete the file. |
History

Click Export |
Export the activity history to a spreadsheet. |
Click Filter |
Filter the records by the time the events occurred, by the users who triggered the events, or by the fields that were affected by the event. |
