Significant improvements were made to the bulk editing feature and detected and reported issues were fixed.
Bulk editing usability enhancements
A series of changes were made to make bulk editing easier and to make users more aware of the actions that are available to them such as removing records and fields that were selected for bulk editing. Granting permissions for bulk editing was also enhanced to make the option to bulk edit read-only fields clearer.
See Bulk editing records and Configuring bulk edit permissions.
