Use tables when you want to compare multiple lines of data items.
You can download the data to a spreadsheet and share it with your colleagues. Or, you can send the data by email to yourself and forward it to your colleagues.
Procedure
- Click Dashboard.
- Click Add Widget.
- Select Table .
- Enter the name of the table.
- Choose the widget width.
- Choose who can view the chart. By default, the chart is visible to all users who have dashboard privileges.
- Enter a link to a document to provide users with more information about the dashboard.
- Enter the label for the document link, such as Learn more, which will be shown on the dashboard.
Data Source
- From the Object list, select an object such as Assets.
- Select a saved search to refine the data that is shown on the dashboard. You can open the saved search on a new tab to review the search criteria.
- Click SAVE.
